Price and Availability

Sega, after several years of selling licenses to create copyright retro versions of her console, had had enough. The equipment behind the equipment issued by third parties was of such poor quality that it was simply regrettable to see this legendary brand being treated. Fortunately, now everyone will be able to buy the good quality equipment from Sega herself.

If you are looking to buy such Sega Genesis games collection or mega drive collection here above, we have enlisted-in some of the best stores from where you can buy your favourite Sega games. In general Sega Genesis Games Price in Australia ranges from 40 to 300 AUD depending upon the type and genre of the game.

Description

The SEGA Mega Drive (non-US name) / Genesis (the US only) launched in 1988. Production ended in 1997, with a total sale of over 30 million units. The game catalogue includes over 900 licensed titles, including the best-seller Sonic the Hedgehog (total sales of this title over 15 million units).

The console was built on the MC68000 and Z80 processor (the processor was used to emulate the older SEGA Master System console). The image displayed by the console is 320x224 (NTSC) or 320x240 (PAL). At the same time, 64 colours from a possible palette of 512 could be displayed on the screen. The console had two types of 64KB RAM: main and image (video) memory. Games issued in the form of Cartridge with a capacity of up to 4MB.
