Description

Like its predecessors, the Vivismart HR is designed to encourage and motivate you to exercise more after an extended period of inactivity using an inactivity bar and a vibration alarm.

Also, the time, steps, distances, calories burned and climbed house floors (using a barometric altimeter) are shown on display. Another new feature is the ability to control the music player on the paired smartphone using the fitness wristband.

The Vivosmart HR fitness wristband also has a control button that can be operated by light pressure. This prevents the button from accidentally triggering functions. Pressing the button takes you to the menu of the fitness armband, where you can make basic settings or start sporting activities.

The Garmin Vivosmart HR tracks activities with the internal acceleration sensor, which records the movements of the wrist. Taking user input into account, he analyzes frequency, intensity, calorie consumption, sleep behaviour and regularity of wrist movements. In this way, the activity tracker can also deduce how active the user is in daily life.

The Garmin Vivosmart HR can automatically set an individual activity goal every day. In the Garmin Vivosmart HR Test, it automatically created a daily goal for daily steps based on the current level of activity.

While you are active throughout the day, the device shows the progress concerning the daily goal. If you do not activate the automatic destination function, you can set up an individual daily destination in Garmin Connect.
