Samsung Galaxy A50 Design

The overall look, at first glance, is quite attractive. Taking a look at its rear, the handset is loaded with a 3D glossy look. The rear of the phone is available in four different colors – Black, Blue, White, and Coral. It feels like a flagship phone when holding in a hand – thanks to its sleek and gorgeous design. Volume rockers are holding their position on the right-hand side alongside a power button whereas a charging port and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack is available at the bottom of the handset. The front camera is placed in a waterdrop-notch – giving the handset an outstanding look and the triple cameras have been given on its back. Most interestingly, Dolby Atmos is available for exceptional sound quality but it works only with a headphone.

Samsung Galaxy A50 Display

The smartphone, in terms of display, is equipped with an impressive and vivid 6.4-inches Full HD Super AMOLED with a maximum resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The company has used its Infinity U display and due to the full view display, the viewing experience of playing games and video streaming services i.e. YouTube is exquisite. Some online sources have claimed that there is no issue in brightness and the color contrast is good as well. The on-screen super-fast fingerprint scanner is provided too to unlock the handset in a jiffy. The handset is flaunting an option to toggle on the always-on display mode which is indeed good for notifications as it doesn’t house a dedicated notification LED here.

Samsung Galaxy A50 Camera

The vertically positioned 25MP + 8MP + 5MP cameras on the rear are more than enough to take your photography to the next level with a lot of details and colors. The front, on the other hand, is covered with a whopping 25MP snapper to assist you in selfies and videos. The camera does offer a slow-mo feature as well as a Live Focus feature via its front camera. Performance-wise, both front and rear cameras are good enough to capture bright and awesome images and there is an AR emoji feature as well. The rear camera performs excellently in low-light conditions - thanks to the outback LED Flash. Some camera features include Geo-Tagging, Touch to Focus, HDR, Panorama and 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Samsung Galaxy A50 Performance

As mentioned in the title, Samsung Galaxy A50, in terms of performance, is up to snuff – thanks to its Exynos 9610 Chipset which is partnered with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The Galaxy A50 has an Octa-core processor and it runs on Android Pie 9.0 operating system. Samsung has claimed that the Galaxy A50 is enough and won’t disappoint you while playing graphics-enriched games i.e. PUBG Mobile or Fortnite neither you will face hiccup or lag when working on numerous apps simultaneously. In short, switching between apps, playing for a longer period of time and working on multitasking, everything is smooth and lag-free.

Samsung Galaxy A50 Battery And Others

The gigantic 4000mAh battery alongside the Fast Charging 15W feature has been made available in Galaxy A50. The battery keeps the lights on all day long with a casual to heavy use but extensive use might force to charge it before going to bed. Moderate use includes texting, gaming, video-audio streaming, and browsing websites.

A bunch of connectivity options that come along with Galaxy A50 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and micro USB and as for sensors, it comes with an on-screen fingerprint scanner, gyro, compass, proximity, and accelerometer.
