Liquid Retina Screen
Apple has announced a new screen size for iPad range and 11-inches option is yet another new screen which is “Liquid Retina”. Users will have 5 dazzling and different options – 12.9-inches, 11-inches, 10.5-inches, 7.9-inches and 9.7-inches (not so sure). And one can only imagine a confusion which will cause inexperienced users.
Being a “Liquid Retina Screen”, it’s exceptionally bright and bold with a maximum resolution of 2388 x 1668 which works out at Apple’s standard 264PPI Pixel Density for mid-size and above iPads.
Everyone would be pleased to hear that newly announced iPad Pro 11 is bringing Apple Pencil along. It’s not tested yet but around the shaft of an older Pencil has now been shaved lengthways, leaving a flat edge on a single side. The new Apple Pencil sounds a stylus will no longer roll off a desk.
The new Apple Pencil charges automatically once it’s attached to an edge of your iPad Pro 11 magnetically. That sounds a far cry from an awkward setup before, right?
Camera and Battery
Perhaps you would be disappointed as Apple has stuck a powerful single rear sensor on its new iPad Pro 11 bringing with it 12MP and better low-light capabilities as compared to previously launched iPads by Apple. The 7MP FaceTime sensor, on the other hand, inherits all the power of iPhone’s TrueDepth snapper and lets users capture Portrait images using TrueDepth camera – enabling them to blur out a background.
A 29.37Wh non-removable battery based on Li-Po Technology sounds fine and a moderate user can go through almost an entire day with a light usage but doesn’t deliver more than that if you’re a kind of heavy user. As of now, Apple didn’t reveal if iPad Pro 11 comes with fast battery charging feature. However, users will have 2 color options to choose from – Silver and Space Gray.
